Locally owned and operated, America's Dog is run by The Alpogianis brothers, George and Manolis. Manolis, who has worked at Lettuce Entertain You, handles the front of the house operations and George, a culinary graduate at Kendall College has worked with Rosebud, Lawry's & Kiki's Bistro.
