Cutting Edge Electric, Inc. has been in business since 2003. We are a Certified MBE/DBE in Illinois/Indiana and Wisconsin, signatory with IBEW. Our Company is always looking to establish a working relationship with Developers, General Contractors, and with customers who will benefit from our electrical installations or repair services. We have worked on Chicago Public Schools, Public Building Commission, CTA and Chicago Park District electrical projects up valued to one million dollars. We also provide on site OSHA 10 & 30 hour training. We currently employ 15 electricians all of whom are Minority and 50% are city residents.

Bridge to Success, a social enterprise program of Heartland Human Care Services, provides coaching coupled with high-end interview and work place appropriate clothing for low-income, hard-to-employ men, women and youth to build self-confidence through appearance, interview preparation and a sense of "belonging" at the workplace.
Bridge to Success relies on clothing donations to ensure we have the inventory to dress our participants for work. Our participants will often leave our center to go directly to an interview. If you are interested in donating please check our Donating Schedule.
